THE COMPOUND
THCa is the raw, non-intoxicating acidic form of THC found in living cannabis. When heated (smoked, vaped, baked), it converts to Δ9-THC - that's the high. WHY THIS IS LEGAL
The 2018 Federal Farm Bill legalized hemp - defined as cannabis containing ≤0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight. Texas adopted this standard.
